These terms govern your use of the LokaRouter gateway, website, and dashboard. By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
LokaRouter provides a single OpenAI-compatible API that routes requests to third-party AI model providers, with prepaid credits, per-key guardrails, and usage reporting. Without an upstream provider configured, the gateway answers in demo mode.
Accounts and API keys
You are responsible for keeping your API keys secret and for all usage made through them. Treat keys like passwords: revoke and replace any key that may have leaked.
Budget, model restrictions, and routing preferences you configure on a key are guardrails we enforce on your behalf; you remain responsible for the requests you send.
Acceptable use
Do not use the gateway for unlawful content or activity, to infringe others' rights, or in ways that violate the upstream providers' usage policies. We may rate limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that abuse the service.
Credits and billing
The service is prepaid: requests consume credits from your balance at the per-model rates shown on the pricing page. Purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by law.
Model pricing and catalog may change as providers change their own pricing; the rate at request time is what is charged.
Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Providers may impose limits or outages beyond our control, and the status page reports current conditions.
Termination and liability
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, LokaRouter is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the credits you purchased in the three months before the claim.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; material changes are announced on the site. Continued use after that means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
